Common questions
Before You Request Service
Helpful details about requesting service, pricing, and preparing for a visit.
01How are repair visits and installation estimates different?
Repair visits begin with a $99 service call. If you move forward with the repair, that amount is applied to the repair price. On-site estimates for installation and replacement projects are free.
02What if I am not sure which service I need?
Describe what you are seeing, hearing, smelling, or noticing. You do not need to diagnose the problem before contacting us.
03What information should I have ready?
Your name and phone number are enough to get started. If available, have the service address, equipment type, brand, model number, and a short description of the issue ready for the follow-up call.
04How should I prepare for a service visit?
Please make sure an adult can provide access to the property and equipment. Clear a safe path to the work area and secure pets before the technician arrives.
